Membership includes access to all the services
provided by the CDI during open access hours. |

23 years and younger - $10
Over 23 years of age
based on annual
household income
less than $20,000 - $10
$20,000-$29,000 - $20
$30,000-$39,000 - $30

FAMILY
MEMBERSHIPS
Family memberships are available
for $25 to households with less
than $30,000 annual income.

COMMUNITY BASED MEMBERSHIPS
Membership for local Community Based
Organizations(CBOs) is available
for a set fee of $50.
In addition to open access hours
CBO members will have access
to the lab during those hours
designated specifically for CBO's.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS
All other community
institutinons and corporations that would like to support the CDI may
purchase sponsor memberships for $200 or more. These funds will be used
to cover memberships for those that cannot afford the fee.
